A Guarda Civil Municipal (GCM) registrou, na manh\u00e3 desta quinta-feira (20), um caso de viola\u00e7\u00e3o de medida protetiva judicial. O agressor, um homem de 47 anos de idade, invadiu a casa dos seus pais e os ofendeu, no bairro J\u00falio de Mesquita Filho, na Zona Oeste. Ele estava proibido de se aproximar da m\u00e3e, de 66 anos.<\/p>\n

A mulher foi quem chamou a GCM, por volta das 11h20, ao acionar o aplicativo de celular que protege v\u00edtimas de viol\u00eancia dom\u00e9stica resguardadas por medida judicial. O alerta foi dado logo ap\u00f3s o homem entrar no im\u00f3vel e ofender o casal.<\/p>\n

No momento em que os guardas chegaram, o homem havia deixado o im\u00f3vel, por\u00e9m foi encontrado nas imedia\u00e7\u00f5es. Ele n\u00e3o resistiu \u00e0 abordagem, mas estava alterado, apresentando sinais de embriaguez. Na mochila dele foi localizada e apreendida uma tesoura.<\/p>\n

Os envolvidos foram apresentados na Delegacia de Defesa da Mulher (DDM) de Sorocaba, onde houve o registro de boletim de ocorr\u00eancia de viol\u00eancia dom\u00e9stica \u2013 descumprimento de medida protetiva de urg\u00eancia. A delegada determinou a pris\u00e3o em flagrante do indiciado, sendo encaminhado \u00e0 carceragem do Plant\u00e3o da Pol\u00edcia Civil, ficando \u00e0 disposi\u00e7\u00e3o da Justi\u00e7a.<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
