O objetivo \u00e9 reduzir a quantidade de problemas e reclama\u00e7\u00f5es formalizadas na plataforma do Procon.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cO Procon-SP vem investindo bastante na preven\u00e7\u00e3o e na orienta\u00e7\u00e3o de fornecedores e consumidores, com o objetivo reduzir as reclama\u00e7\u00f5es e melhorar as rela\u00e7\u00f5es de consumo em todo o estado.
