Uma comerciante, de 47 anos foi presa em flagrante na tarde desta sexta-feira (3) por armazenar bebidas alco\u00f3licas sem a respectiva documenta\u00e7\u00e3o fiscal. A deten\u00e7\u00e3o ocorreu no Jardim Rodolfo Pirani, na zona leste de S\u00e3o Paulo.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Conforme informou a Secretaria de Seguran\u00e7a P\u00fablica do Estado de S\u00e3o Paulo (SSP-SP), a comerciante chegou a apresentar uma nota fiscal falsa. Mais de duas mil garrafas de gin, de diferentes marcas, foram apreendidas.<\/p>\n

Os policiais civis recolheram tamb\u00e9m as notas fiscais irregulares e o caminh\u00e3o junto com a carga. A carga foi encaminhada para per\u00edcia no Instituto de Criminal\u00edstica a fim de analisar poss\u00edveis adultera\u00e7\u00f5es das bebidas.<\/strong><\/p>\n

O caso foi registrado no 49\u00ba Distrito Policial de S\u00e3o Mateus como falsidade ideol\u00f3gica, apreens\u00e3o de ve\u00edculo e de carga de bebidas. A comerciante encontra-se disposi\u00e7\u00e3o da Justi\u00e7a. De acordo a SSP-SP, as investiga\u00e7\u00f5es ser\u00e3o aprofundadas.<\/p>\n
