A a\u00e7\u00e3o tamb\u00e9m contar\u00e1 com \u00d4nibus Azul, de sa\u00fade do homem.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">\u00c9 necess\u00e1rio apresentar documento de identidade, cart\u00e3o do SUS e cart\u00e3o da UBS para encaminhamentos e agendamentos.
